This website is operated by Gazebro, a trading name of True Custom House Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Gazebro. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES  
All products sold by Gazebro are made to order and customised based on customer specifications. As such, product images, mock-ups, and designs are for illustrative purposes only and final products may vary slightly.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE  
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

4. CUSTOM PRODUCTS & CANCELLATIONS  
Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

- Orders may be cancelled prior to production, subject to a £50 design fee  
- Once production has begun, orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable  

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

5. PRICING & VAT  
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

6. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY  
All products are made to order. Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. SHIPPING  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

8. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS  
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY  
All content on this site, including designs, logos, and images, is the property of Gazebro / True Custom House Ltd and may not be used without permission.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, branding, or artwork submitted for custom orders.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Custom House Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. GOVERNING LAW  
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS  
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
