Returns & Refunds

Due to the fully customised nature of our products, all Gazebro items are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Each gazebo and product is created specifically to your design and requirements, meaning it cannot be resold.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been approved for production.

  • A £50 design and administration fee will be deducted from any cancelled orders to cover time spent on design, mockups, and processing.

  • Once your order has been approved and sent to print, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


Design Approval

Before production begins, you will receive a design proof/mockup for approval.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Check all spelling, logos, colours, and layout

  • Ensure all details are correct

Once approved:

👉 The design is considered final

👉 No further changes or refunds can be made


Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please provide clear photos showing the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Provide a suitable resolution at our discretion


Colour & Print Disclaimer

We aim to match colours as closely as possible, however:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing processes

  • Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed

This does not qualify as a fault.


Incorrect Information

Gazebro is not responsible for errors in:

  • Uploaded artwork

  • Spelling or design details approved by the customer

Please ensure all information is checked carefully before approval.
